Open Hearts leader, Jenn Shields, brings extensive knowledge of the bio-mechanics of the human body (through a Degree in Physiotherapy) to ensure that your practice feels safe and accessible for you.
21 Day Virtual Yoga Challenge

Through movement, breath work, meditation, and deep stretching you can create alignment in your body, mind, heart and soul.
