New Challenge starting August 1
Yoga and Meditation have changed our lives in so many positive ways, and we know it can enhance your life as well. So we are so excited to be on this 21-Day Journey alongside you.
In just 40 minutes or less a day you can begin to experience all of the amazing benefits yoga has to offer. And, we will be there with you, encouraging you through email, check-ins, and in our inspiring Open Hearts FaceBook Community.
This Challenge is focused on building your physical practice through Flow and Power Flow style of classes. You can commit to a daily practice for 21 days, or stretch it out over the course of the month.
If you like to move your body, and learn new fun sequences, this Challenge is for you. Build strength, balance, focus and mobilty.
The Challenge also includes meditations, and yin practices to balance out the Yang energy of Flow and Power Flow.
This Gentle approach is focused on mindfulness, breath and beginning/deepening your meditation practice. This Challenge has a mix of gentle flow, yin, and meditation practices.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by life, and looking for tools to help you feel more grounded and centred this Challenge is for you.
