Flow/Power Flow | Intermediate/Advanced | 17 Minutes
This wild thing, creative flow will get your energy flowing. Introduce your body to unique movement patterns, as you build strength and flexibility on your mat. We move through sun salutations, side plank, wild thing, three-legged down dog transition to straddle fold, side lunges, and more. Open, strong hips are required for this practice. If hip mobility is limited, try other hip opening practices in the virtual studio before this one. As always, listen to your body, and never force any postures that do not feel safe.
