Build strength on your mat in this flow style class. We will be focusing mostly on core, wrist, forearm, and shoulder girdle strength spending the first half of the class in tabletop, plank, and downward facing dog. But this practice offers an opportunity to build functional strength and stabilization throughout the entire body.
