The wall is amazing prop to use in our yoga practice, as it offers unwavering support. Join Jenn for this quick Yin practice as you lean into the wall, and move through the resistance held in your being. Create space through your hips, and low back as we allow the spine to feel supported throughout our practice. This is a great practice if you feel like you need a little extra support in your life, or something to lean on.
