Warrior Series is a set of standing postures meant to build strength, stability and balance. They are often found as part of the sequence in Vinyasa, Hatha and Flow styles of classes. Alignment in these poses is so important to keep the body safe, as you move through your practice. *Try our intermediate and advanced Warrior Sequence classes in our Virtual Studio once your body feels ready to move deeper in these postures.
