Flow/Power Flow | Advanced | 17 Minutes
Warrior Series is a set of standing postures meant to build strength, stability and balance. They are often found as part of the sequence in Vinyasa, Hatha and Flow styles of classes. In this advanced practice we will build towards the peak pose, Bird of Paradise. To build strength and familiarity in the Warrior Series postures try our Intro to Warrior Sequence, and Intermediate Warrior classes.
