The classes focus on safe alignment for YOUR body. ​Open Hearts leader, Jenn Shields, brings extensive knowledge of the bio-mechanics of the human body (through a Degree in Physiotherapy) to ensure that your practice feels safe and accessible for you. Your membership also allows you to join our amazingly supportive Open Hearts Community Group.

Open Hearts Retreat

So many have been disconnected from community in the recent past, suspended in fear, uncertainty and survival mode. We have been pulled away from our flow and rhythms, overwhelmed by distractions and external noise.
