A Collective Experience- Two Part Workshop Series

May 31 & June 21 7-9:00pm

$70 for both workshops ($40 for one)

In these 2, two-hour transformational experiences, you’ll be guided through a creative, intuitive vinyasa practice that encourages you to move from the inside out—free from expectation or performance. Co-led by Jenn Shields & Holly Anderson, this workshop is about dropping the should's, tuning into your own rhythm, and letting go of what’s no longer aligned.​​​​
